Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

O&C Jewelry offers a limited 30-day warranty from the date you receive your order against manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • A defective clasp upon receipt.

  • A missing stone upon receipt.

  • Receiving the wrong product.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Scratches or damage caused by improper use.

  • Exposure to chemicals.

  • Accidental damage or breakage.

  • Damage caused by water, perfumes, or other corrosive substances.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the affected product.

Each warranty claim will be reviewed individually.
